Vorbi\u0163i-ne despre 2-3 aspecte notabile ale activit\u0103\u0163ii dvs. din ultimii 3 ani.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Un mare g\u00e2nditor al Rena\u015fterii -Erasmus- a exprimat, \u00eentr-un mod aparte, ideea form\u0103rii \u015fi educa\u0163iei omului: <em>,,Speran\u0163a cea mai de seam\u0103 a unei na\u0163iuni st\u0103 \u00een buna educa\u0163ie pe care o asigur\u0103 tineretului s\u0103u\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">\u00cen acest spirit, am considerat \u00eentodeauna, c\u0103, \u00eendatorirea noastr\u0103 fundamental\u0103, a tuturor cadrelor didactice, fa\u0163\u0103 de studen\u0163i, const\u0103 \u00een punerea la dispozi\u0163ia acestora, a cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor \u015fi experien\u0163ei noastre, pentru a-i educa \u015fi forma permanent \u00een evolu\u0163ia lor profesional\u0103, ei reprezent\u00e2nd placa turnant\u0103 a viitorului na\u0163iunilor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Cred, c\u0103 principala diferen\u0163\u0103, \u00eentre succesul \u015fi e\u015fecul unui profesor, poate fi dat\u0103 de r\u0103spunsul la \u00eentrebarea: <em>C\u00e2t de bine poate un profesor s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00een valoare marile energii \u015fi aptitudini ale studen\u0163ilor?<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">R\u0103spunsul la \u00eentrebare nu este simplu, dar nici imposibil.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Personal, am ac\u0163ionat \u015fi voi ac\u0163iona \u015fi \u00een perioada urm\u0103toare pentru a-i \u00eenv\u0103\u0163a pe studen\u0163i, mai \u00eent\u00e2i, s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 descifreze tainele matematicii, apoi, s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 frumuse\u0163ea \u015fi s\u0103 simt\u0103 satisfac\u0163ia rezolv\u0103rii problemelor matematice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Acest lucru a condus la cre\u015fterea continu\u0103 a motiva\u0163iei studen\u0163ilor, la dezvoltarea cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor \u015fi a deprinderilor practice \u00een rezolvarea problemelor de matematic\u0103 din tematica cursurilor \u015fi seminariilor. Succesele imediate ale studen\u0163ilor din primii ani de studii au avut ca efecte benefice, dezvoltarea \u00eencrederii \u00een for\u0163ele lor proprii \u015fi manifestarea unui interes crescut pentru a c\u0103uta \u015fi rezolva probleme mai complexe, din bibliografia recomandat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Deci, motiva\u0163ia studen\u0163ilor, \u00eenso\u0163it\u0103 de satisfac\u0163ia personal\u0103 a fiec\u0103rui student \u00een urma ob\u0163inerii de rezultate bune \u015fi foarte bune, au creat premisele necesare pentru noi succese \u00een activitatea fiec\u0103rui an de studiu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Aspecte notabile ale activit\u0103\u0163ii mele din ultimii trei ani?<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Cele mai notabile aspecte ale activit\u0103\u0163ii mele constau \u00een rezultatele bune \u015fi foarte bune, de la an la an \u015fi \u00eendeosebi a multor studen\u0163i din anii terminali de studiu. Aceste rezultate au stat permanent la baza motiva\u0163iei mele \u015fi m-au obligat s\u0103-mi perfec\u0163ionez continuu preg\u0103tirea mea profesional\u0103. De asemenea, \u00een anul 2014, au existat alte motive de bucurie prin publicarea c\u0103r\u0163ii <em>Modelare \u015fi simulare cu privire la calitate \u015fi managementul calit\u0103\u0163ii,<\/em> la Editura Universit\u0103\u0163ii ,,Lucian Blaga\u201d din Sibiu, lucrare \u00een care am reu\u015fit s\u0103 abordez multidisciplinar problema calit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi a managementului acesteia \u015fi faptul c\u0103 am fost coautor al c\u0103r\u0163ii <em>Operational Research and Applications in Quality Management, <\/em>ce a fost publicat\u0103 la Editura LAP Lambert Academic Publishing din Saarbr\u00fccken-Germania.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Din punct de vedere al activit\u0103\u0163ii didactice, \u00een calitate de coordonator \u015ftiin\u0163ific, am sprijinit \u015fi \u00eendrumat 26 studen\u0163i, unii dintre ace\u015ftia premia\u0163i la sesiuni de comunic\u0103ri \u015ftiin\u0163ifice pentru studen\u0163i, am \u00eendrumat 23 studen\u0163i \u00een vederea realiz\u0103rii de lucr\u0103ri de licen\u0163\u0103 sau diserta\u0163ie, am fost \u015fi sunt coordonator \u015ftiin\u0163ific pentru 13 cadre didactice \u00een vederea ob\u0163inerii gradului I. De asemenea, am fost organizatorul a trei sesiuni de comunic\u0103ri \u015ftiin\u0163ifice pentru studen\u0163i. \u00cen acela\u015fi context se \u00eenscrie \u015fi formarea mea continu\u0103, at\u00e2t prin studiu individual, c\u00e2t \u015fi prin participarea la ateliere \u015fi cursuri de perfec\u0163ionare profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\"><strong>2. Care este cea mai mare satisfac\u0163ie profesional\u0103 din cariera dvs (\u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103 \u015fi\/sau didactic\u0103)?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">\u00cen activitatea mea profesional\u0103 am avut multe realiz\u0103ri care mi-au produs bucurii \u015fi noi motive pentru a m\u0103 autodep\u0103\u015fi \u015fi perfec\u0163iona de la an la an, stare de spirit, necesar\u0103 a fi prezent\u0103, men\u0163inut\u0103 \u015fi dezvoltat\u0103 \u015fi \u00een perioada urm\u0103toare, ce are \u015fi poate avea \u00eentotdeauna \u00eenr\u00e2urire pozitiv\u0103 asupra studen\u0163ilor mei.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">De asemenea, am fost mul\u0163umit\u0103, c\u00e2nd am reu\u015fit s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163esc calitativ, de la o perioad\u0103 la alta, activit\u0103\u0163ile de predare-\u00eenv\u0103\u0163are-evaluare \u015fi c\u00e2nd i-am inspirat \u015fi influen\u0163at pozitiv pe mul\u0163i studen\u0163i s\u0103-\u015fi asume disciplina universitar\u0103, responsabilit\u0103\u0163ile personale \u00een preg\u0103tire, elemente cheie ce au condus la cl\u0103direa \u00eencrederii \u00een for\u0163ele proprii \u015fi la dezvoltarea lor personal\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">\u00cen atingerea acestor deziderate am avut \u00een vedere, noua realitate a epocii prezente, care a impus cu stringen\u0163\u0103 realiz\u0103ri m\u0103re\u0163e \u00een formarea \u015fi dezvoltarea viitorului specialist din societate. Asigurarea unui nivel \u00eenalt \u00een viitoarea profesie a fiec\u0103rui student, necesit\u0103 o atitudine nou\u0103, o palet\u0103 larg\u0103 de cuno\u015ftin\u0163e \u015fi abilit\u0103\u0163i \u00een exercitarea profesiei viitorilor absolven\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Este vorba de <em>,,profesionistul cunoa\u015fterii\u201d, <\/em>noua resurs\u0103 uman\u0103 care s\u0103 aib\u0103 un poten\u0163ial nelimitat de deservire a binelui public. Viitorul specialist este, \u00een acela\u015fi timp, glasul organiza\u0163iilor care vor supravie\u0163ui \u015fi care vor prospera \u00een lumea contemporan\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\"><strong>3. Care este rela\u0163ia dvs. cu studen\u0163ii \u015fi de ce crede\u0163i c\u0103 sunte\u0163i un cadru didactic apreciat\/\u00eendr\u0103git de c\u0103tre ace\u015ftia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Rela\u0163ia mea cu studen\u0163ii este una institu\u0163ional\u0103, serioas\u0103 \u015fi stabil\u0103, de \u00eencredere reciproc\u0103, pentru a ob\u0163ine rezultate superioare, de la an la an.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">\u015ei eu am fost student\u0103 \u015fi voi r\u0103m\u00e2ne toat\u0103 via\u0163a propriul meu student, preg\u0103tirea mea profesional\u0103 este o condi\u0163ie <em>sine die<\/em> pentru a-mi exercita \u00een bune condi\u0163iuni statutul de cadru didactic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Din toat\u0103 inima, \u00een mod liber \u015fi necondi\u0163ionat, \u00eentreaga mea via\u0163\u0103 o voi dedica, form\u0103rii \u015fi dezvolt\u0103rii spiritului civic al semenilor mei \u015fi nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, studen\u0163ilor mei, a tuturor celor care au nevoie de cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele \u015fi preg\u0103tirea mea profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">De aceea, cred c\u0103 pot fi apreciat\u0103 \u015fi \u00eendr\u0103git\u0103 de cei din jurul meu, \u015fi \u00eendeosebi, de studen\u0163ii \u015fi viitorii speciali\u015fti din societatea rom\u00e2neasc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Dovad\u0103 a credin\u0163ei mele este \u015fi aceea c\u0103, de la an la an, tot mai mul\u0163i studen\u0163i \u015fi cadre didactice apeleaz\u0103 la mine pentru a-i \u00eendruma \u015fi coordona \u00een realizarea unor lucr\u0103ri \u015ftiin\u0163ifice sau ob\u0163inerea unor grade profesionale superioare.  <strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\"><strong>4. Cum v-a\u0163i descoperit pasiunea pentru activitatea didactic\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">\u00cen evolu\u0163ia mea am avut de la cine \u00eenv\u0103\u0163a, ca om \u015fi cadru didactic. \u00cen familia mea au existat \u015fi exist\u0103 oameni de forma\u0163ie intelectual\u0103, profesori, preo\u0163i, medici, ingineri iar \u00een procesul educativ al form\u0103rii mele au existat modele didactice de mare anvergur\u0103, cu influen\u0163\u0103 profund\u0103 asupra mea, \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u00e2ndu-m\u0103 ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 ai viziune, pasiune pentru profesie, disciplin\u0103 \u015fi un comportament adecvat \u00een rela\u0163iile cu ceilal\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\"><strong>5. Care sunt provoc\u0103rile pe care le \u00eent\u00e2lni\u0163i \u00een activitatea \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103? Dar \u00een cea didactic\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Provoc\u0103rile din lumea contemporan\u0103 sunt enorme, ele au produs \u015fi vor produce schimb\u0103ri turbulente \u015fi \u00een domeniul \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului la toate nivelurile. \u00cen consecin\u0163\u0103, eficien\u0163a rezultatelor, at\u00e2t \u00een cercetare, c\u00e2t \u015fi \u00een activitatea didactic\u0103, nu va putea fi ob\u0163inut\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 o adaptare continu\u0103 la noile provoc\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">R\u0103spunderile cadrelor didactice sunt foarte mari. Noi suntem chema\u0163i s\u0103 gener\u0103m \u015fi s\u0103 disemin\u0103m noile cuno\u015ftin\u0163e, ca produse ale cunoa\u015fterii, s\u0103 stimul\u0103m creativitatea, inventivitatea \u015fi performan\u0163ele la \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103tur\u0103 ale studen\u0163ilor pentru a deveni modele \u00een exercitarea profesiei.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\">Progresul \u015fi dezvoltarea durabil\u0103 a societ\u0103\u0163ii este cu neputin\u0163\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 matematic\u0103, potrivit cuget\u0103rii lui Galileo Galilei: <em>,,Matematica este limba cu care Dumnezeu a scris Universul\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"bch4dcbow065stdpy\"><strong>6.
